Flying Cutter & Synchronized Milling: Dedicated Polygon Power Head enables "non-stop" high-speed milling. Sync-ratio rotation delivers burr-free hexagons and squares 3-5 times faster than traditional indexing.
0.003mm Precision Spindle: High-torque 4000 RPM spindle with 0.003mm runout. The A2-5 taper ensures rigid stability and high concentricity during intermittent Turn-Mill cutting.
HT300 Integrally Cast Bed: Heavy-duty HT300 resin sand casting (bed and feet) absorbs vibration from flying cutter impacts, maintaining 0.005mm repeatability during 24/7 production.
