Built for Long-term Stability

  • All major castings, including the bed, column, and saddle, are made with sufficient material strength and rigidity to ensure stable performance during long-term operation. We never compromise on casting quality.
  • We prioritize proven and internationally recognized components whenever possible (NSK/KOYO bearings, THK/HIWIN linear guide rail, Schneider/CHINT electricals). This is not only for stability, but also to ensure that customers can easily purchase replacement parts in their local markets.

Precision Manufacturing & Assembly

  • Critical components are manufactured and processed according to strict dimensional and tolerance requirements.

  • Experienced technicians carefully perform alignment adjustment, mechanical calibration and component fitting to ensure smooth operation and machining stability.

  • Before testing, each machine receives final adjustments to ensure it meets standard precision.

Comprehensive Machine Testing

  • Each CNC machine undergoes laser calibration testing to verify positioning accuracy and ensure machining performance meets technical requirements.
  • Before shipping, every machine must pass both continuous idling tests and cutting trials.

Pre-shipment Quality Inspection

  • Before any machine leaves China, JingOne performs an independent pre-shipment inspection based on our internal checklist. Only after completing the inspection process will the machine be approved for shipment.
  • Before shipping, we will provide our customers with a complete inspection report and a pre-shipment video proof.
  • JingOne provides export-standard packaging and logistics coordination.
