HT300 Cast Iron 30° Monoblock Slant Bed for Ultimate Rigidity
We adopt single-piece casting from premium HT300 cast iron as the foundation of this CNC turning lathe machine. The 30° true slant bed structure provides optimal gravity alignment, superior thermal stability, and smooth, rear-discharged chip disposal via the integrated chain-type chip conveyor.
Cross Y-Axis & 12-Station BMT Live Tool Turret for Advanced Multi-Tasking
The TCK65Y is equipped with an advanced cross Y-axis module. It supports Y-axis interpolation (polar coordinate X-C interpolation) for flexible multi-tasking machining. Utilizing G12.1/G112 programming within the Fanuc system, TCK65Y can be a real 4-axis CNC lathe.
For maximum efficiency, the TCK65Y is equipped with a heavy-duty 12-station BMT55 power turret. Driven by live toolings, this CNC turning machine completes complex turning, drilling, and tapping operations in a single setup, making it perfect for multi-tasking universal machining and replace lathe and milling machines efficently.

Built-in Motorized Spindle for High-Speed Performance
The TCK65Y is equipped with a self-developed Electro-Spindle (E-Spindle). This built-in motorized spindle features a maximum speed of 4500 rpm, accelerating from 0 to 4500 rpm in only 0.3 seconds.
In terms of precision, the spindle's axial runout and radial runout are ≤0.001 mm, with an indexing accuracy of ±20 arcseconds, which can reach up to ±2 arcseconds. Its maximum output torque is 240 N·m. With characteristics of high dynamic response, high precision and large torque, it supports the technical requirements of this high-precision, high-performance turn-mill composite machine tool.
High-Precision Linear Guideways and Screws for Fast Feed Rates
Outfitted with high-precision linear guideways and C3-class precision ball screws, the machine achieves impressive rapid traverse rates: X/Z/W axes at 30 m/min and the Y-axis at 15 m/min. This can significantly reduce non-cutting time and improve machining efficiency.
