To suit the turning requirements for small and medium-sized disc and shaft parts, the delivered CA6150 features the following tailored capacities and accessories (visible in the picture):

• Machining Capacity: This manual lathe features a Max. Swing Over Bed of Φ500 mm, a Max. Effective Machining Length of 1000 mm, which can easily process various medium shaft and disk workpieces.
• Spindle System: Equipped with a Φ80 mm spindle bore , this lathe provides ample passage for through-machining of long shaft bars.
• Digital Readout: It is fitted with a high-precision 2-axis DRO (Digital Readout) system, which allows operators to precisely track cutting dimensions and eliminate manual measurement errors.
• High-efficiency Tooling: The lathe machine is also equipped with a European type quick-change tool post, which has one main part and 4 tool posts, enabling second-level switching of tools for multiple processes.
• Complete Axial Support: This 1000 mm lathe also comes with steady rest and follower rest, completely eliminating center sag and outward deflection of long shaft workpieces during heavy-duty turning.
• Full Set of Accessories: The lathe comes standard with a complete set of ready-to-use fitting accessories such as self-centering three-jaw chuck, precision drill chuck, rigid center, center sleeve, and high-load live center.
• Protection and Safety: The manual lathe integrates an industrial foot brake system and a set of safety guard, including chuck guard, tool post guard, splash guard and screw guard, ensuring operator's safety in high-speed cutting environments.
